Birch Coppice Business Park secures two blue-chip occupiers

Mike Eagleton of Birmingham property agents Eagleton & Company has secured two new occupiers at IM Properties' Birch Coppice Business Park alongside the M42 motorway at Junction 10, Tamworth.

Utilities company Severn Trent are to take 20,000 sq ft (1,858 m²) of industrial space in a design and build scheme while logistics firm Ceva (Formerly TNT) have signed for a 55,000 sq ft (5,106m²) speculative built new distribution unit. Both deals come at a time when IM Properties is seeking interest in a second phase at Birch Coppice with design and build development opportunities up to 120 acres (48 ha) with rail served options.

Only two plots remain on phase one, up to 7.4 acres (2.9 ha). The agent is quoting rentals of £5.75 per sq ft.
